Airflow offer a 24 hour, 365 day a year breakdown cover ensuring minimum downtime the customer. Outside normal working hours all telephone calls to 01942 673529 are diverted to the on call engineer, ensuring the customer can discuss the problem with an engineer rather than leaving messages on a answer phone.
If a call out is required, it is Airflow's policy that customers receive a guaranteed 24 hr response or same day response if the call is received before 4pm.
All members of the service department have mobile phones and are available to deal with clients day or night as necessary.
